*Please note a completed form or application is not required in order to speak during the public comment portion of a public hearing, if one is held. However, to participate in the 6:30 p.m. public comment session by computer, smartphone or tablet, you must send an email to siting.council@ct.gov or leave a voicemail message at 860-827-2935 with your name, email address and mailing address by the day before the scheduled hearing. Public comments may also be submitted to the Council by electronic mail or by regular mail.
Persons who wish to become a Party or Intervenor must submit a request with the Council. Parties and intervenors present their case during the evidentiary portion of the public hearing, if one is held, or on the papers, if one is not held, and are not permitted to speak during the public comment session of a public hearing or submit written limited appearance statements.
