PETITION NO. 1259 - Eversource Energy petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the proposed Thames River Crossing Structure Replacement Project that includes replacement and re-conductoring of four double-circuit electric transmission line structures along approximately .5 miles of existing Eversource right of way between Montville and Ledyard, Connecticut, and related transmission line structure improvements.
