Due to the personally identifying information contained in written limited appearance statements from the public, any written limited appearance statements that are received by the Council for any matter are available to be viewed at the Council’s office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or available to be sent via e-mail upon request. The Connecticut Siting Council will conduct a field review of the proposed site of this project, the South Norwalk Electric Works, beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2003. Council members will meet at the proposed site off of Martin Luther King Drive in Norwalk, Connecticut. Detailed maps and driving directions are enclosed.

The Council will hold a hearing on this project beginning at 4:00 p.m. and continued at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Brien McMahon High School, 300 Highland Avenue, Norwalk, Connecticut.

DIRECTIONS TO PETITION NO. 620E PROPOSED SITE:

From I-95 South, take Exit 14 to first stop sign; at stop sign take a right onto Fairfield Avenue.

Go to next light, bear left and then take a right onto Martin Luther King Drive, continuing through several lights past Monroe Street (on the left) and take a left onto State Street.

Parking is available on the street, along the substation to the right or in the Railroad Parking Garage.
