RE: PETITION NO. 606 - AT&T Wireless PCS, LLC petition for a declaratory ruling that no Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need is required for the proposed replacement of an existing transmission line tower located off of Bartholomew Road, Middletown, Connecticut.
The Connecticut Siting Council has scheduled a field review for this petition for Thursday, April 24, 2003, beginning at 4:00 p.m. Council members will meet at the site located at the CL&P transmission tower off of Bartholomew Road in Middletown. Directions are enclosed.
A public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, April 24, 2003, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Middletown Municipal Building, 245 DeKoven Drive and Court Street, Middletown.
