RE: DOCKET NO. 251 - Sprint Spectrum, L.P. d/b/a Sprint PCS application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance and operation of a wireless telecommunications facility at 170 Southeast Road, New Hartford, Connecticut.
The Connecticut Siting Council has scheduled a field review for this proceeding on Wednesday, July 16, 2003, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Council members will meet at the site on Southeast Road in New Hartford. Directions are enclosed.
Please note the access road is a half-mile long through rough terrain. The applicant will provide limited transportation from the parking area on Southeast Road halfway to the tower site.
A public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, July 16, 2003, beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the New Hartford Town Hall, 530 Main Street, New Hartford.
