HAMDEN POLICE DEPARTMENT
The Town of Hamden is currently accepting applications for the position of full-time Certified Police Officer. At this time only CERTIFIED applicants with CT-POSTC or Connecticut State Police certification may apply. We are seeking motivated Police Officers who possess a strong drive for self-initiated police work while operating within a team based environment. Officers must be in good standing with their department or retired in good standing. Candidates will be required to successfully complete a selection process. Candidates are requested to submit their completed application with a non-refundable $75 fee. Applications received without the application fee will not be accepted for consideration.
