What is the role of the Connecticut Labor Department in investigating alleged violations of RERACA?

The Connecticut Department of Labor has no investigatory or enforcement role of violations of RERACA.  However, the Connecticut Department of Labor retains the authority to regulate drug testing violations pursuant to §§ 31-51t et seq.
