Qualifying out-of-state patients 18 years of age or older and their caregivers may purchase any cannabis product available to Connecticut qualifying patients or caregivers. Qualifying out-of-state patients who are under the age of 18 and their caregivers may not purchase cannabis products that are in a smokable, inhalable or vaporizable form, but may purchase cannabis products in other forms such as edibles, tinctures, capsules, etc.
