Which toothbrush should I use?
- Always use a toothbrush that has soft bristles
- Small heads on brushes work better then large heads
- Pick a brush that you would like
- If you have a hard time with small handles then battery operated or rechargeable toothbrushes might be best - they have larger handles
- You can attach a bicycle handle or a tennis ball to make your handle more comfortable to hold
How often should I replace my toothbrush?
- When bristles are freyed - then you should replace the brush
