Tuesday: Lt. Governor Wyman Attends Events in Cromwell and Hartford
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Thursday morning, Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will make remarks to the Cromwell division of the Middlesex Chamber of Commerce about legislative session and economic development initiatives.
Later, she will join Governor Dannel P. Malloy, Senator Chris Murphy, Congresswoman Elizabeth Esty, Department of Transportation Commissioner James Redeker, and state and local officials at the Stand Up 4 Transportation day press conference hosted by Connecticut Fund for the Environment and other stakeholders. The event highlights the need for multi-year federal funding to improve statewide transportation planning.
In the afternoon, the Lt. Governor will join Governor Dannel P. Malloy at the In the Company of Women benefit for the YWCA and its mission to eliminate racism and empower women.
