WEDNESDAY: LT. GOVERNOR WYMAN ATTENDS EVENTS IN EAST HARTFORD, MANCHESTER, AND WOODBRIDGE

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Wednesday morning, Lieutenant Governor Nancy Wyman will join Department of Labor Commissioner Sharon Palmer to welcome employers attending the Department's Step Up conference. This is the fourth of eight Step Up conferences designed to assist businesses interested in expansion, hiring, or training new employees.

Later, the Lt. Governor will speak to 8 th grade students at the Illing Middle School in Manchester during their Holocaust Remembrance Ceremony.

In the evening, Lt. Governor Wyman will participate in the Amity High School scholarship awards ceremony and present a $1,000 scholarship from the Fallen Heroes Foundation.
