LT. GOVERNOR WYMAN IN OKLAHOMA FOR NATIONAL

LT. GOVERNOR'S ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman is joining her colleagues from around the nation this week at the National Lieutenant Governor's Association annual meeting in Oklahoma City, OK.

Wyman will be participating in presentations and discussions on a wide range of topics, including implementation of federal health care reform, energy, education, school nutrition and immigration. As part of a session on emergency preparedness and response she will give remarks on how Connecticut's state government dealt with storm Sandy and the shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School.

The conference runs from July 17-19.
