TUESDAY: GOV. MALLOY HOLDS BILL SIGNING CEREMONY FOR LEGISLATION ESTABLISHING SANDY HOOK WORKERS FUND
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Tuesday afternoon, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will join with Lt. Governor Nancy Wyman and members of the Connecticut General Assembly, including Senate President Donald E. Williams, Jr., Speaker of the House Brendan Sharkey, Senate Majority Leader Martin Looney, Senate Minority Leader John McKinney, and House Minority Leader Larry Cafero, for a bill signing ceremony to commemorate passage of legislation ( H.B. 6599 ) that creates a special fund to assist individuals who suffered psychological trauma as a result of their work related to the Sandy Hook tragedy.
