Water Planning Council Advisory Group
About

The Water Planning Council Advisory Group (WPCAG) is established under the authority of Section 25-33o(c) of the Connecticut General Statutes to assist in researching and analyzing water resource issues and advise on matters of interest.  The statute requires that the WPCAG members be balanced between consumptive and nonconsumptive water interests and the Water Planning Council (WPC) has adopted procedural rules for the group.

Meeting Schedule 2023
WPCAG meetings are typically held the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 1:30 p.m. virtually.  Instructions for joining a meeting are included in each agenda in the table below.  Special meetings and meeting cancellations will be posted here as soon as possible.  Additional meeting documents, if any, might be linked in agendas or can be obtained by contacting Bruce Wittchen by email or at 860-418-6323.
