Individualized Education Program (IEP) Draft Document for Connecticut

For the past year, the Bureau of Special Education (BSE) has been revising the IEP document. Our goal is to make this important document easier to use and understand. Based on our stakeholder feedback, we have created the draft IEP document posted below. It is available for public comment through October 15, 2019, using the survey link below. We also created a video that walks you through the draft document. Thank you for your interest. We look forward to reviewing your input.
