OLD SAYBROOK POLICE DEPARTMENT
The Old Saybrook Police Department, as part of its ongoing hiring process, is seeking Connecticut POSTC Certified Officers to fill current and anticipated full time patrol officer vacancies. Per Diem positions may also be considered. Starting full-time salary for CT certified officers with two (2) or more years of experience is $78,943. All Candidates will be required to successfully complete a written examination, oral interview, and a Chief's interview. In addition, candidates must successfully pass a background investigation, polygraph, psychological and medical examination, to include a drug screening. The town offers a competitive benefits package to include a pension plan.
