FARMINGTON POLICE DEPARTMENT

The Town of Farmington is accepting applications from POSTC certified police officers for the position of Police Officer.  Out of state certified officers will be considered as long as they are eligible for comparative certification through POSTC.  Salary range is $73,916 - $93,793 with an attractive benefit package.  Applicants must:  Be at least 21 years old and of superior moral character; Be a citizen of the United States of America; Hold a valid driver's license; Candidate must not have been convicted of a criminal felony, class A or B misdemeanor, domestic violence crimes, or any act which would constitute perjury or false statement; A four-year college degree in Criminal Justice, Social Studies, or related field preferred.
