MONDAY: GOV. MALLOY COMMEMORATES PASSAGE OF NEW LAW PROTECTING VETERANS' CHARITIES

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Monday, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will honor Veterans Day by holding a ceremonial bill signing in New Haven to commemorate the passage of a new law ( Public Act 12-195 : An Act Concerning Fundraising By Veterans' Organizations ) that increases the penalties for any person found guilty of inappropriately posing as a representative of a veterans' charitable organization.
