FRIDAY: GOV. MALLOY PARTICIPATES IN HARTFORD WINTERFEST OPENING CEREMONY
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Friday evening, Governor Dannel P. Malloy and First Lady Cathy Malloy will participate in the City of Hartford's Winterfest celebration, which marks the opening of the city's ice skating rink on Bushnell Park and Hartford's other seasonal festivities. The ceremony begins with a procession from the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Arch to the skating rink, followed by a short speaking program and a skating show.
