(HARTFORD, CT) - On Thursday morning, Governor Dannel P. In the afternoon, Governor Malloy will give the keynote address at the Stamford Chamber of Commerce's annual meeting.
Later, Governor Malloy will join State Senator Bob Duff (D-Norwalk) on a tour of the Wall Street Place development project in downtown Norwalk.
