TONIGHT AT 6:30 PM: GOV. MALLOY TOURS FLOOD DAMAGE IN NAUGATUCK
(HARTFORD, CT) - Tonight at 6:30 p.m., Governor Dannel P. Malloy will join Naugatuck Mayor Robert A. Mezzo for a tour of the flood damage caused by this afternoon's strong thunderstorm in Naugatuck. Mayor Mezzo has declared a state of emergency in the town.
The Governor and Mayor will meet at the Naugatuck Police Department, which also serves as the Naugatuck Emergency Operations Center, and then move throughout affected areas of the town.
