WEDNESDAY: GOV. MALLOY BREAKS GROUND ON NORWALK I-95 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Wednesday morning, Governor Dannel P. Malloy will join state and local officials at a groundbreaking ceremony for a highway improvement project on I-95 in Norwalk designed to enhance traffic safety and ease congestion in the area around exits 14 and 15.
