FRIDAY: GOVERNOR MALLOY ADMINISTERS OATH OF OFFICE TO DEP COMMISSIONER; TAKES BUSINESS TOUR OF THOMAS HOOKER BREWING COMPANY IN BLOOMFIELD
(HARTFORD, CT) - On Friday morning, Governor Malloy will administer the oath of office to Daniel Esty, the new Commissioner of the Department of Environmental Protection.
On Friday afternoon, Governor Malloy will take a business tour of the Thomas Hooker Brewing Company in Bloomfield. The tour of the company's facility will give the Governor an opportunity to meet with the management team and staff at the small business, whose products are named after one of the founders of Connecticut and have gained a national reputation.
