FRIDAY: GOVERNOR MALLOY ADDRESSES TRUE COLORS LGBT YOUTH CONFERENCE; GIVES SPEECH AT CT INSURANCE AGENTS CONVENTION

(HARTFORD, CT) - On Friday morning, Governor Malloy will speak to students at the opening session of the True Colors XVII Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Youth Conference at the University of Connecticut in Storrs. True Colors is a non-profit organization that works to ensure the needs of sexual and gender minority youth are both recognized and competently met. The annual event is the largest LGBT youth conference in the country.

On Friday afternoon, Governor Malloy will speak to the Professional Insurance Agents of Connecticut, Inc. Annual Convention at Foxwoods. PIACT is a trade association representing independent insurance agencies, brokerages and their employees.
