COVID-19 Community Levels Update, March 24, 2023: The CDC has listed all eight Connecticut counties in the Low/Green category as part of its weekly Community Levels update. People who are at a high risk for severe illness should consider additional measures to minimize their exposure to COVID-19 and respiratory illnesses. Please visit covidtests.gov to request four free COVID-19 self-test kits from the Federal Government. Find a location that has a supply of COVID-19 therapeutics as part of the Test to Treat initiative here. The complete DPH COVID-19 toolbox is located at ct.gov/coronavirus.

Lead Training Provider

This certification is for entities that offer an approved training course of refresher training course in lead abatement or lead inspection, lead risk assessment, or lead planner project designer services. Application to be certified as a Lead Training Provider is now done online.

The following documents will need to be uploaded to the eLicensing system to complete your application. Please have these on the device you are using to apply for a license:

  • Proof of filing of organization papers with the Connecticut Secretary of the State (SOST). Your business must be registered with SOTS and have a business ID number.
    • Secretary of the State of Connecticut- Forms
  • A copy of your workers compensation certificate.
