People who are at a high risk for severe illness should consider additional measures to minimize their exposure to COVID-19 and respiratory illnesses. The Department of Public Health is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide assistance to the three Water Utility Coordinating Committees to carry out the requirements in Conn. Gen. Stat. §§ 25-33f through 25-33h, and to produce a coordinated plan for the Department, as defined in the RFP’s scope of services. The contract will be awarded to the consulting firm offering the best combination of qualifications, merit and price. A mandatory RFP conference will be held on July 1, 2015 at 10:00am at the Department, 470 Capitol Avenue, Room C, Hartford, Connecticut.
