The Development Engagement Process Spring 2022 - Pipeline Opportunity for Affordable Housing Funding

The Spring 2022 Development Engagement Process (DEP) was open until May 15, 2022 and is now closed to new applications. DOH anticipates a new DEP round will be opened later this year. Please continue to monitor the DOH website for a future DEP and the opportunity to submit a Preliminary Application.
Applicants seeking to submit a Preliminary Application for 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) are advised to monitor the CHFA website – a separate round will be opened in the fall to receive Preliminary Applications in accordance with CHFA’s LIHTC Procedures.
