As of 10/1/2025, Connecticut has become an Agreement State with the NRC.

  Reciprocity is requested via CT DEEP Form 241.  Please see the link to forms page below.   It is sent to  DEEP.LRMReg@ct.gov at least 3 days prior to engaging in work.
