DEEP headquarters at 79 Elm Street in Hartford has partially re-opened to staff and members of the public as of Tuesday, February 3. The DEEP records room has re-opened. The DEEP Central Permit Processing Unit (CPPU) will be open to the public starting on Wednesday, Feb. 4. For updates, click here

Reporting PCB Complaints in Connecticut

PCB complaints can be reported to the Connecticut DEEP at (860) 424-3368 (Monday - Friday 8:30 - 4:30) or 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the Emergency Response and Spill Prevention Division's Complaint Intake System.

PCB spills must also be reported to the Department's Emergency Response Unit first at (860) 424-3338 (24 hours).
