EnCon Investigating Deadly Boating Accident on the Connecticut River
On Friday August 10, 2018 at approximately 3:20 pm the Connecticut State Environmental Conservation Police (EnCon) responded for a report of a single vessel boating accident on the Connecticut River in the vicinity of Haddam Meadows State Park. Haddam EMS transported one victim, a 64 year old male from Higganum, CT to Middlesex Hospital where he was pronounced deceased. The name of victim is not being released at this time.
