When in the on-line system, be sure to complete each of the following steps:
Complete the MAHAFFEY FELLOWSHIP APPLICATION
Complete the COMPLIANCE: GOOD STANDING STATUS
Complete the ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND SIGNATURE
Hit the green SUBMIT button. You will receive a confirmation email - actually two (2) - if you have successfully submitted. If you do not receive these emails, you did not submit. The email comes from SurveyMonkey - check all your folders including Junk/Spam.
In addition to basic information and simple questions, you will be asked to provide the following:
- Your resume or CV
- A letter of recommendation that speaks of your administrative and leadership potential. *does not have to be from your affiliated arts organization
- Details about the professional development activity, including information on the service provider, dates and cost.
- A narrative regarding how the professional development activity will help advance your career as an arts administrator with a focus on how it will help to advance both your professional and personal growth. * there is not minimum or maximum word count
- A narrative about what Equity in the field of arts administration means to you.
