We are grateful to the Legislative Commissioners’ Office for its prompt review and reporting on the substitute language the Department submitted to the Legislative Regulation Review Committee earlier this week.  We are  gratified that LCO has found no further substantive concerns in the regulations and that their office is now recommending approval by the Regulations Review Committee.  We look forward to appearing before the Committee on Tuesday August 27th, to fully discuss these regulations in detail, and are hopeful to receive the Committee’s final approval.
