Connecticut Siting Council Welcomes
Linda Roberts as New Executive Director
| The Connecticut Siting Council (Council) is pleased to announce the arrival of Linda Roberts, of Vernon, as Executive Director. Ms. Roberts will begin with the Council on Friday, August 27, 2010.
Ms. Roberts has most recently served as Executive Assistant to the Commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection. Previously she served five terms, from 1997 to 2007, as the First Selectman of East Windsor. Ms. Roberts brings to this new position a wealth of experience in infrastructure improvement, fiscal management, municipal government, and business development. She is an aviation enthusiast who holds a commercial pilot's license. |
