Connecticut Cellular Symposium
This symposium was fashioned as a workshop involving discussions and presentations by cellular telephone industry experts relating to technology, land use issues, tower designs, and innovative methods of providing for network coverage. Other topics discussed were a review of the economic impact of the wireless industry in society, emerging technologies likely be introduced in the coming years, and the role of the FCC as a federal regulatory agency.
The Siting Council wishes to acknowledge the many persons who worked to make this event a success, as well as the nearly 200 people who attended. Thank you!
