Due to the personally identifying information contained in written limited appearance statements from the public, any written limited appearance statements that are received by the Council for any matter are available to be viewed at the Council’s office Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or available to be sent via e-mail upon request. Durham Field Review and Hearing

From the North:

  • Take Route 9 South through Middletown

  • Take Exit 13 off of Route 9 to Route 17 South. Follow Route 17 South to Durham Center

  • Take a right onto Maple Avenue, just north of the Town Green, to the parking lot of the Durham Public Library on the right

  • Meet at 1:45 p.m.

    • From the South:

    • Take Route 91 North to Exit 15 in Wallingford

    • From Exit 15 follow Route 68 east to Durham

    • At intersection of Route 68 with Route 17, take right onto Route 17 to Durham Public Library, as above

      • From Southeastern Connecticut

      • Take Route I-95 westward to intersection with Route 79 north (Exit 61)

      • Follow Route 79 (Durham Road) north

      • At intersection with Route 17 in Durham, follow Route 17 (Main Street) to left to Durham Public Library

        • Directions to Proposed Site:

        • From the Durham Public Library, take a right onto Route 17 South

        • Follow Route 17

        • At junction with Route 79, bear right on Route 17

        • At junction with Route 77, bear right on Route 17

        • Follow Route 17 past Howds Road

        • Take right off Route 17 into driveway of New Haven Raccoon Club
