RE: DOCKET NO. 264 - Tower Ventures II, LLC application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance and operation of a wireless telecommunications facility at either 146 Brown Road or Brown Road (Lot 34) Brooklyn, Connecticut.

The Connecticut Siting Council has scheduled a field review for this proceeding on Monday, November 3, 2003, beginning at 2:00 p.m. Council members will meet at Site A, across from 69 Brown Road in Brooklyn. Directions are enclosed.

A public hearing is scheduled for Monday, November 3, 2003, beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the Brooklyn Community Center, 31 Tiffany Street, Brooklyn.

Take Exit 91 – Route 6

Follow Route 6 west a few miles.

Turn Right onto Hyde Road in Brooklyn (follow signs for Ingalls Tree Farm).

Immediately bear right onto Brown Road (towards Ingalls Tree Farm).

Pass tree farm office.

Site A is gravel road on left across from 69 Brown Road.

DIRECTIONS TO SITE FROM ROUTE 6 EASTBOUND

From the intersection of Route 6 and Route 169 in the center of Brooklyn, proceed east on Route 6.

Turn left onto Hyde Road (follow signs for Ingalls Tree Farm).

Immediately bear right onto Brown Road (towards Ingalls Tree Farm).

Pass tree farm office.

Site A is gravel road on left across from 69 Brown Road.

DIRECTIONS TO COMMUNITY CENTER FROM ROUTE 6 - eastbound

Follow Route 6 east towards Danielson.

Proceed through 4 consecutive traffic lights in area of strip development.

At fifth light, turn right onto unmarked road into area of homes.

At stop sign turn left onto South Main Street.

Turn right onto Tiffany Street.

Community Center is brick building at end of road.

Meeting room is on upper level.
