RE: DOCKET NO. 257 - AT&T Wireless PCS, LLC d/b/a AT&T Wireless application for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need for the construction, maintenance and operation of a wireless telecommunications facility at 1593 Exeter Road or one of two sites on Levita Road, Lebanon, Connecticut.

The Connecticut Siting Council has scheduled a field review for this proceeding on Wednesday, September 3, 2003, beginning promptly at 2:00 p.m. Council members will meet at Site B, across from 73 Old Colchester Road in Lebanon. Directions are enclosed. Please note the proposed access road to Site A is covered with poison ivy.

A public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, September 3, 2003, beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the Lebanon Fire Safety Complex, 23 Goshen Hill Road, East Hampton.

Take Exit 18.

Follow Route 16 east.

To Colchester from Middletown Area

Follow Route 66 east to Route 16.

Follow Route 16 east into Colchester center.

To Site from Colchester

Follow Route 16 east to traffic light with Route 85 west at the town green.

Proceed Route 16 east for 0.4 miles to a Y intersection – bear left onto Windham Avenue. Intersection is marked by T.L.C. Services building.

Follow Windham Avenue into Lebanon – Windham Avenue becomes Old Colchester Road at town line.

Follow to 73 Old Colchester Road – a vehicle repair shop. Park along road.

To Town Hall from Site

From sites – follow Old Colchester Road to Route 207.

Follow Route 207 east into Lebanon center.

Turn right onto Route 87 south.

Follow approx. 0.3 miles to Goshen Hill Road on right.

Follow Goshen Hill Road to Fire Safety Complex on left.

To Town Hall from Colchester

Follow Route 16 east to Route 207.

Follow Route 207 east into Lebanon center.

Turn right onto Route 87 south.

Follow approx. 0.3 miles to Goshen Hill Road on right.
