You’ll receive your Sitecore username and password before you begin working in the system – usually before training. This allows you to log in and practice during training or on your own. Use the steps below to access Sitecore, reset your password if needed, or change it when it’s about to expire.

Log into Sitecore

  1. Go to the correct Sitecore login page:

Tip: If you’re just getting started or attending training, use the training site. If you’re updating real content for your agency, use the live site.

  2. Click the State Agency User Login button. State Agency User Login button highlighted

⚠️ Important: Do not use the Username and Password fields on this screen – they will not work.

  3. On the Microsoft login screen, select “Use another account.” Microsoft login screen with 'Use another account' link highlighted
