Calling Connecticut High School Students - this is your chance to shine in front of a statewide audience, promote driving safety, and have a little fun! The Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles and Travelers Insurance Company - has designed a video contest for high school students, and wants all aspiring producers, actors and directors to participate.
