Merrill Statement on Leaked SCOTUS Decision Overturning Roe v. Wade
“According to a leaked opinion, the Supreme Court of the United States is poised to overturn almost five decades of settled law and allow states to outlaw a woman’s right to choose to have an abortion. This decision will have a terrible toll – on women, on doctors and nurses providing health care, on our already divided country.”
