“Voter privacy in Connecticut took a step forward when the GAE committee passed my proposal to stop sharing full dates of birth in the publicly available voter file. This is the number one piece of information that identity thieves seek – the voter file is meant to be a registry of voters, not a one-stop shop for identity thieves.
