CT 9th Annual Secondary Transition Symposium: Transitioning Back into ACTION!

The CT 9th Annual Secondary Transition Symposium will continue to build the capacity of educators and other professionals, in partnership with middle and high school students with disabilities and their families, to improve secondary transition programming and services for students with disabilities.

The symposium is one full-day in-person session. There will be a variety of presentations for each audience role: students/youth, parents/families, and educators/professionals.

All participants must register to attend the event. There is a $15 registration fee. Students/Youth are FREE.
