Overview
Educator Preparation Provider: Education partners deliver the related instruction component of an apprenticeship program. They include 4-year colleges, community colleges, technical schools, and credentialing programs. The employer in some cases may provide their own supplemental education. In an apprenticeship, the education and training provider can perform many roles including micro-credentialing based on competency testing, facilitating access to financial aid and other student resources, or use marketing and outreach channels to identify potential apprentices.
