This national framework lays out the goals and conditions necessary to chart a path toward effective family engagement efforts that are linked to student achievement and school improvement. Developed by Dr. Karen Mapp, author and Harvard Graduate School of Education Policy and Management Director, in partnership with the U.S. Department of Education (a publication of SEDL).
