District Listservs
Listservs are populated by data from the eGrants Management system (EGMS):
- The Title I District Coordinators Listserv is populated from the LEA Grant Contact for Title I list. This listserv provides information on program development, monitoring, and CSDE updates pertinent to Title I.
- Consolidated Grant Fiscal Contact Listserv is populated with the LEA Fiscal contact list from EGMS. This listserv provides responses to fiscal questions and provides fiscal updates.
Please make sure user roles are updated in EGMS is up to date. Use Listserv Help to request assistance.
School-based program Listservs
Targeted Assistance Program Listserv
Recommended for coordinators, principals, coaches, and teacher leaders in schools with Targeted Assistance Programs.
Schoolwide Program Listserv
Recommended for coordinators, principals, coaches, and teacher leaders in Schoolwide Programs.
Private School Program Listserv
Recommended for non-public school leaders participating in Title I programming in collaboration with their LEA. This platform will serve as a hub for sharing critical information, including program updates, deadlines, and resources tailored to private school organizations.

How to Subscribe
- To subscribe to our listservs, please send an email to listserv@list.ct.gov. Send the email from the address to which you wish to receive notices.
- Remove all text from the body of your email, including your contact information, email signature, etc.
- In the body of your email, type either:
- Subscribe SDE_TITLE_I_TAP_LEADERS@LIST.CT.GOV firstname lastname and then send; or
- Subscribe SDE_TITLE_I_SWP_LEADERS@LIST.CT.GOV firstname lastname and then send; or
- Subscribe SDE_TITLE_I_PRIVATE_SCHOOL@LIST.CT.GOV firstname lastname and then hit send
- For example, Subscribe SDE_TITLE_I_SWP_LEADERS@LIST.CT.GOV John Smith
Title I District Coordinators and Consolidated grant Fiscal contact Listservs are populated with data from the eGrants Management system. Please make sure your contact information is up to date. If you are new to your role, or listed as a Title I Coordinator or Fiscal contact in eGrants and not receiving the listserv emails, please contact jennifer.murrihy@ct.gov with the subject line “Listserv help for eGrants contact.”
