Tails of Hope Foundation, Inc. cordially invites you to the unveiling ceremony of the K9 "Mattie" Monument, a memorial to the world's first laboratory validated Accelerant Detection Canine trained by the Connecticut State Police. 

 The dedication ceremony will take place on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at 2:30 pm at the Connecticut Fire Academy, 34 Perimeter Road, Windsor Locks, Connecticut. 

Please join us as we honor K9 "Mattie" and all of the Connecticut State Police Accelerant Detection Canines. 

 Light refreshments will be served following the ceremony.
