Matt Pellowski

Matthew Pellowski is a principal budget specialist at the Connecticut Office of Policy and Management with over a decade of experience in public budgeting and finance. In his current role, Mr. Pellowski is responsible for revenue forecasting and economic analysis supporting the state’s General Fund.

Mr. Pellowski’s previous roles include serving as Assistant Chief of Fiscal/Administrative Services at the Connecticut Department of Children and Families, Fiscal/Administrative Supervisor at the Connecticut Department of Veterans Affairs, and Economic/Fiscal Policy Analyst at the Delaware Department of Finance. He received a Master of Public Administration degree and B.A. in Political Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Connecticut.
