Harry Arora

Harry Arora is the founder and principal of AlphaStrat, an investment management firm specializing in identifying alpha opportunities in commodities and macroeconomic strategies. His career spans more than two decades across investment management, public service, and civic engagement. Harry served two terms in the Connecticut General Assembly, representing Greenwich's 151st District, and ran as the Republican nominee for State Treasurer in 2022. Prior to founding AlphaStrat, he spent over 20 years in investment management — leading ARCIM Advisors and co-founding Northlander, a firm focused on European energy markets. Harry holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, an MBA in finance from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School. He lives in Greenwich, Connecticut, with his wife, Nisha, and their three children.
