Section 8-3n of the CT General Statutes requires municipalities to submit a property description of an adopted conservation and traffic mitigation district to OPM, upon adoption.
Once such a district is adopted by the zoning commission, please submit the following information:
- A map clearly outlining and identifying the conservation and traffic mitigation zone(s)
- Calculation(s) of the area of the conservation and traffic mitigation zone(s) that show the percentage of the municipality’s land area that the district(s) comprise
- A brief narrative describing the underlying zone(s) and current land use(s) in the adopted district(s)
- A description of the planning, public hearing and adoption process for the district(s) including dates of meetings.
