REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

There are no quarterly reporting requirements for this grant program.  All that will needed to be submitted to the Office of Policy and Management is the Application, the 2 signature pages and the copies of the invoices and cancelled checks which will all be submitted all at once after the purchases have been completed.
